Welcome to Svette! By registering to use our sauna at Owen Beach, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including those with single-session drop-ins, punch cards, and memberships.
1.1. All customers must sign a separate Liability Waiver before using the facilities.
1.2. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if permitted.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms & Conditions.
1.4. Respectful behavior is required at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
1.5. Sauna use and cold plunge into the Puget Sound are done at your own risk. Users are responsible for monitoring their own health and well-being.
1.6. No outside alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
1.7. Proper hygiene and attire (swimwear or towels) must be maintained at all times; towel and water rentals are available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.
1.8. All customers must arrive at least five minutes before their session’s start time to get checked in.
1.9. To minimize safety risk, customers will not be allowed to conduct more than two sauna sessions in a day.
1.10. Booking for sessions will close five minutes before the start of the session
2.1 Drop-In Pass
Valid for one single-use session.
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
‘Bring a friend’ – guests who use a drop-in pass may use another drop in pass on up to one other guest per session
Friends must sign ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Liability Waiver’ prior to entering the sauna
2.2 Punch Card Packages (5x & 10x Sessions)
Expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
Free matinee sessions expire 3 months from the date of purchase
Punch cards cannot be shared between multiple individuals.
‘Bring a Friend’ – punch card holders may use up to one credit for another guest per session

Credits may not go towards private sauna rental sessions
2.3 Matinee Membership
Provides 12x sessions/month during designated matinee hours (M-F, 9:00am – 4:00pm). Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not rollover to the following month.
Auto-renews monthly, unless canceled before renewal.
Non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
We may adjust membership pricing with seven days’ notice.
3.1. No refunds on drop-ins, punch cards, or memberships once purchased.
3.2. Guests who cancel more than 24 hours before their session will have their credit refunded; cancellations within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable, and the credit will be forfeited.
3.3. We reserve the right to revoke access or terminate memberships due to violations of our policies, without a refund. 3.4. If the facility is closed for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), credits will be refunded to users’ accounts.
4.1. Check-in is required upon arrival.
4.2. Users must not be excessively dirty (visible dirt/grime) when entering the sauna.
4.3. Sessions are 75mins during peak times and 60mins during matinee hours.
4.4. Personal items should be stored in designated areas; we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. 4.5. Any damage to facilities due to negligence or misuse may result in fees and/or termination of access.
5.1. Private sauna rental (60min, 75min, and 120min) is available for both matinee and peak hours through purchase in the website/app.
5.2. Private rentals can accommodate up to 15 guests and are subject to an additional $30 “private rental” fee.
5.3.Reservations must be secured via direct contact with Svette staff and must be made at least 21 days in advance to ensure time slot is available. Reservations made within 21 days are subject to availability and may require adjustments based on existing bookings.
5.4. Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to receive a refund.
6.1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, with notice provided via email or our website.
6.2. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any revised terms.
