Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

• All customers must sign a separate Liability Waiver before using the facilities.
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if permitted.
• Right to Refuse or Terminate Service. Svette reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, deny service to, or immediately remove any individual from the premises, and/or suspend or terminate access to services with or without prior notice and without refund, if a guest violates these Terms & Conditions, violates any applicable Parks or City policies, rules, or codes of conduct, engages in harassment, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or inappropriate verbal or non-verbal behavior toward staff or other guests, is disrespectful, disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with the comfort, safety, or experience of others, fails to follow staff instructions, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Svette to ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy. Svette maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct of any kind. Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility, permanent banning from future services, and notification of Parks or other relevant authorities when appropriate.
• Sauna use and cold plunge into the Puget Sound are done at your own risk. Users are responsible for monitoring their own health and well-being.
• No outside alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Proper hygiene and attire (swimwear or towels) must be maintained at all times; towel and water rentals are available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.
• All customers must arrive at least five minutes before their session’s start time to get checked in.
• To minimize safety risk, customers will not be allowed to conduct more than two sauna sessions in a day.
• Booking for sessions will close five minutes before the start of the session.

2. Membership and Package Options

2.1 Drop-In Pass

• Valid for one single-use session.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• “Bring a friend” — guests who use a drop-in pass may use another drop-in pass on up to one other guest per session.
• Friends must sign Terms and Conditions and a Liability Waiver prior to entering the sauna.

2.2 Punch Card Packages (5x & 10x Sessions)

• Expires 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Free matinee sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Punch cards cannot be shared between multiple individuals.
• “Bring a Friend” — punch card holders may use up to three credits for other guests per session.
• Friends must sign Terms and Conditions and a Liability Waiver prior to entering the sauna.
• Credits may not go toward private sauna rental sessions.

2.3 Monthly Membership

• Provides 4x peak-time credits per month and 1x matinee credit. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not rollover to the following month.
• “Bring a Friend” — guests are limited to using credits on three friends per visit.
• Members’ discount on single credits only applies once the monthly allotment of credits is spent.
• First two months are billed initially, then billing renews monthly unless canceled before renewal.
• Non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
• We may adjust membership pricing with seven days’ notice.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Expirations

• No refunds on drop-ins, punch cards, or memberships once purchased.
• Guests who cancel more than 24 hours before their session will have their credit refunded; cancellations within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable, and the credit will be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access, cancel sessions, terminate punch cards or memberships, and permanently ban individuals due to violations of these Terms & Conditions, Parks policies, or staff directives, without refund or credit.
• If the facility is closed for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), credits will be refunded to users’ accounts.

4. Facility Use & Rules

• Check-in is required upon arrival.
• Users must not be excessively dirty (visible dirt/grime) when entering the sauna.
• Sessions are 75 minutes during peak times and 60 minutes during matinee hours.
• Personal items should be stored in designated areas; we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
• Any damage to facilities due to negligence or misuse may result in fees and/or termination of access.

5. Private Sauna Rental

• Private sauna rental (60min, 75min, and 120min) is available for both matinee and peak hours through purchase on the website/app.
• Private rentals can accommodate up to 15 guests and are subject to an additional $30 “private rental” fee.
• Reservations must be secured via direct contact with Svette staff and must be made at least 21 days in advance to ensure the time slot is available. Reservations made within 21 days are subject to availability and may require adjustments based on existing bookings.
• Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to receive a credit refund.

6. Gift Cards

• Gift purchases are available for all punch cards (1x, 5x, 10x) and can be made online or via the app.
• Recipients must have a valid Svette account in order for the punch card to be transferred.
• Purchaser must inform Svette staff who to transfer the gift to within one week of purchase.
• Once transferred to the recipient, the punch card cannot be rescinded or re-transferred.
• Gift cards are not refundable once purchased.

7. Amendments & Updates

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, with notice provided via email or our website.
• Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any revised terms.
